Glen Arbor Realty is a full service real estate company.
Since 1982 we have specialized in listing and selling resale condominiums and vacant lots at The Homestead resort and all other real estate around the Glen Arbor area. We are full time, top producing, Realtors with fifty years combined experience to best be of service to you.
Since 2004 we have exclusively sold, with exception to a few outside sales, Phase I of the most luxurious 1/8th fractional shares and whole ownership condominiums at the new Le Bear Resort Club & Spa, on Lake Michigan, located one block to downtown Glen Arbor. We actively list and sell waterfront homes on Glen Lake, Lake Michigan and around Glen Arbor. We have also sold most of the resale commercial properties in Glen Arbor.
For twenty five years Glen Arbor Realty has been a member in good standing with the Traverse Area Association of Realtors (multiple listing service), the National Association of Realtors, and the Michigan Association of Realtors.
